You can book your session directly through our website at alerut.photography/book-now, or email us (jbr@alerut.com) with your preferred date, time, and property details. We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance for best availability.
We proudly serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area, including Dublin, San Ramon, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, Livermore, and surrounding communities.
Our base photo package includes professionally edited HDR images of all main interior and exterior spaces. We also offer add-ons such as aerial drone photos, video walkthroughs, floor plans, 3D Matterport tours, and social media reels.(see our Services page for details)
Nope, what you see is what you get. We have no hidden fees, all pricing is transparent and published on our website.
Most sessions take between 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the services booked and the size of the home. Video and drone services may add extra time.
You’ll receive a download link with your fully edited photos within 24 hours of the shoot. Video, 3D tours, and add-ons may take slightly longer depending on complexity.
Not at all, many agents prefer to give us access via lockbox. If you're present, we’ll kindly ask you (and pets) to stay out of the frame during the session for best results.
While we don’t stage homes directly, we proudly partner with OnlyStagers, a local home staging company. We’re happy to coordinate with them on your behalf.
